The largest town is Crewe, with a population of c. 71k; the Council has both operational and investment assets an area of 450 square miles.
The Council will use the software to manage all aspects of their property portfolio from planned and reactive maintenance to estates and project management.
Concerto Managing Director, Adam Smith, said, “We’re extremely pleased to have been selected to provide Cheshire East Council with the Concerto solution. Concerto is now a trusted solution to the three largest Unitary Councils in the United Kingdom; which I think reflects the quality of the Concerto product and service.”
