Bellrock’s Concerto has been awarded a new contract with Cheshire East Council via a GCloud 11 competition.

Based in historic Sandbach, Cheshire, the Council is the third-largest Unitary Authority, next to fellow Concerto customers Manchester and Liverpool City Councils. Cheshire East covers a substantial area of the North West; with the town of Poyton further north and Audlmen to the south. The largest town is Crewe, with a population of c. 71k; the Council has both operational and investment assets an area of 450 square miles.

The Council will use the software to manage all aspects of their property portfolio from planned and reactive maintenance to estates and project management.

Concerto Managing Director, Adam Smith, said, “We’re extremely pleased to have been selected to provide Cheshire East Council with the Concerto solution. Concerto is now a trusted solution to the three largest Unitary Councils in the United Kingdom; which I think reflects the quality of the Concerto product and service.”
