What we do

Concerto supply a is a unique, mobile-enabled property, project and CAFM software platform with real-time analytics powered by a rich database.

Each implementation has a kick off workshop where we help you plan and break everything down into a project with work packages. Each subsequent work package has a workshop to establish requirements and resources, gain a clear understanding of your needs and how your organisation works to get the best from the software. We manage your implementation using Concerto Projects so you have complete visibility of your project’s progress.

Your Concerto Project Manager will take you through the entire implementation process ensuring your key data is correctly migrated from old systems ensuring a successful implementation. Often a large volume of complex data is involved so we are able to tailor fields to your requirements. We are always on hand to answer your queries advising you every step of the way.

Concerto supports its clients from getting started and training right through to the everyday use of our software. Our dedicated in-house help desk team are available to answer any questions and provide future support for the life of our software. Through in house training, our support help desk and our video training library we support you in a way that supports your needs and schedule.

Our Story

Concerto first launched the Concerto software suite in 2004. It was originally developed to support transformation projects within the UK Local Government, specifically to support Government collaborative strategy in managing estates and large-scale capital projects. In the last decade, Concerto has become a trusted partner to over 60 Local Authorities, along with Fire Services, Universities such as the University of Oxford, and many more public and private sector organisations. We also enjoy successful partnerships with larger service providers Vinci Construction, Mouchel and NPS Group.

Whether our solutions are used to facilitate the management of large-scale programmes and projects, or to manage the FM operations of your disparate property portfolio, we help public and private sector organisations to operate more efficiently and make savings while improving their property services to the public.

In 2016,  Concerto was acquired by Bellrock Property and Facilities Management.
