We manage your implementation using Concerto Projects so you have complete visibility of your project’s progress.

IMPLEMENTATION

Your Concerto Project Manager will take you through the entire implementation process ensuring your key data is correctly migrated from old systems ensuring a successful implementation. Often a large volume of complex data is involved so we are able to tailor fields to your requirements. We are always on hand to answer your queries advising you every step of the way.

Our Story

Concerto first launched the Concerto software suite in 2004. It was originally developed to support transformation projects within the UK Local Government, specifically to support Government collaborative strategy in managing estates and large-scale capital projects. In the last decade, Concerto has become a trusted partner to over 60 Local Authorities, along with Fire Services, Universities such as the University of Oxford, and many more public and private sector organisations. We also enjoy successful partnerships with larger service providers Vinci Construction, Mouchel and NPS Group.

Whether our solutions are used to facilitate the management of large-scale programmes and projects, or to manage the FM operations of your disparate property portfolio, we help public and private sector organisations to operate more efficiently and make savings while improving their property services to the public.

In 2016,  Concerto was acquired by Bellrock Property and Facilities Management.
