Concerto, the unique, mobile-enabled property, project and CAFM software, part of Bellrock has been awarded a new contract with Fylde Borough Council via a GCloud 11 competition.

Based in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, the coastal Council is responsible for both property and infrastructure assets; including sea defences spanning an area of 64 square miles.

The Council will use the software to manage all aspects of their property portfolio from planned and reactive maintenance to estates and project management.

Concerto Business Development Director, James Heysmond, said, “Bellrock are thrilled to have been awarded a contract with the Council. The addition of the Concerto system will be the catalyst in modernising the Councils property processes, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and help promote a self-serve reporting culture .”
