Working closely with our customers in the local authority sector, Concerto has developed a software solution which helps manage the key issuance process.

How Key Manager Works

All keys are allocated with low cost QR codes printed from Concerto and users follow a simple electronic guided process to issue/return the keys. Automated notifications are then sent to key holders to remind them to return keys, which in turn prevents key loss.

Key Manager allows complete integration with the Concerto estate and helpdesk modules e.g. suppliers cannot apply for payment until the keys have been returned.
