Concerto is delighted to announce that the award of a contract with Hampshire County Council, replacing their incumbent system via the CCS framework, GCloud-11.

Based in the south-east of the United Kingdom, Hampshire County is the 7th largest County in England. First settled c. 14,000 years ago, the County’s history dates back to the Roman town of Winchester. Covering a total of 1.4k square miles, it includes the towns of Farnborough and Basingstoke in the north, Southampton and Portsmouth in the south. A notable landmark of historical importance is Winchester Castle, built-in 1067 and birthplace to King Henry III. His successor renowned Henry VIII hung an Arthurian Round table in the Great Hall of the castle, the part only to remain today. The asset is a popular tourist attraction and houses artefacts of historical importance.

The Council will use the software to manage all aspects of their property portfolio from planned and reactive maintenance to estates and project management. The Councils portfolio spans a vast area of the County and includes both operational and investment properties; and buildings and structures essential to English heritage.
