Concerto is delighted to announce the award of contract with Urbanest Student Accommodation to use Concerto's CAFM system, with the priority of delivery maintenance and compliance.

Urbanest, founded in 2008, has grown rapidly into a leading contemporary student accommodation provider, having opened and now managing eight student accommodation buildings In Zone One in London and connected to London's best universities.
