Condition Surveys

Within our Asset Management software, the condition survey module captures detailed data to analyse maintenance needs across your estate. It enables the collection and retention of condition information for all major internal and external building elements, as well as plant and services.

The module supports the identification of essential and non-essential repairs, planned maintenance requirements and long-term capital investment needs. Data can be easily interrogated to produce comprehensive reports, supported by CAD layouts and digital photographs linked directly within the Asset Management software platform.

Surveys

Our Asset Management software allows users to create, distribute and manage fully customised surveys, targeted at specific user groups such as clients, site teams or premises officers.

The system supports bespoke survey templates for ad hoc inspections carried out on mobile devices, including wall inspections, ceiling inspections and asset condition checks. Each survey can include section headers, configurable question types (free text, numbers, dates, yes/no, dropdowns) and mandatory responses.

Users can also add comments, photographs and attachments, ensuring all survey data is captured accurately and stored securely within the Asset Management software platform.
