The Highlands Council has selected Concerto to provide an integrated Property and Asset Management software solution. The Council area, located in the Scottish Highlands is the largest in the United Kingdom. The software will be used to manage the Councils core property information, ownership and occupation records and facilities management processes. After a mini-competition Concerto were successful in being awarded the contract on the G-Cloud 10 framework on the CCS Digital Marketplace.

Concerto's Managing Director, Kevan Davey, said, “Concerto are delighted to be awarded the contract with The Highlands Council. Supplying our software solution will assist the Council in managing all aspects of property information over a geographically disparate land area. The software will enable colleagues to see a holistic view of property information, promote collaborative working amongst teams and support lone-working”
