London Borough of Ealing contract win for Concerto

The London Borough of Ealing has selected Concerto to provide an integrated Property and CAFM software solution. Concerto system replaces the incumbent Atrium software solution provided by Trimble. Concerto were successful in being awarded the contract via the Gcloud 10 framework, and will assist the Council in streamlining FM processes which will include the on-boarding of the Councils FM supply-chain in using the Concerto system to directly upload job information.

 

Concerto's Business Development Director, James Heysmond, Said, “We are extremely pleased being awarded this contract with the London Borough of Ealing. Concerto will be providing a solution and expertise which will allow the Council to streamline property processes and provide an holistic view of property information. The Council join nearby users The London Borough of Richmond, Wandsworth, Islington and Waltham Forest, and The Royal Boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea and Greenwich.”
