Leading CAFM and IWMS solution provider, Concerto, is proud to announce that it has been selected a strategic partner to provide solutions to Exemplar Healthcare.

Exemplar Health Care is one of the country's leading providers of specialist nursing care for adults living with complex needs.It has over 40 specialist nursing homes across Yorkshire, the Midlands, the North East and the North West of England.

Exemplar specialism is managing service users with complex health mental health needs and physical disabilities. Concerto will deploy its CAFM/IWMS into Exemplar to transform and modernise the way in which estates information is managed.
