Leading CAFM software provider Concerto is delighted to announce that they have been awarded a contract with Cambridgeshire County Council.

Concerto is thrilled to announce its collaboration with Cambridgeshire County Council, a unitary authority serving the historic county of Cambridgeshire. With a responsibility for a range of services including education, transport, planning, fire and public safety, and libraries, the Council is dedicated to improving the lives of its diverse population. Over the years, Cambridgeshire has been at the forefront of implementing digital solutions to enhance service delivery and community engagement.

Concerto was selected to provide it’s CAFM/IWMS solution through a competitive tender process and see the Authority move away from their legacy system Tribal K2.

The Concerto CAFM/IWMS will centralise the Council’s land, property and asset data, enhance operational efficiency through automated workflows, and provide comprehensive compliance tracking and reporting. The system will facilitate seamless decision-making based on robust data analytics, providing a comprehensive solution for the Council’s complex needs.
