Case study two: Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust

Strategic partnership:

MFT has embraced Concerto for full lifecycle estate management covering reactive/PPM, capital project delivery, data insights and digital transformation.

Premises Assurance Model (PAM) collaboration:

• Co-developed a digital solution to replace manual spreadsheets used in NHS PAM self-assessments.

• Manages 42+ SAQs (Self-Assessment Questions) and associated evidence, policies, and action tracking.

• Fully auditable, real-time insight for Board-level assurance and performance reviews.
