Rushmoor Borough Council Appoints Concerto to Transform Estates and Facilities Management

Concerto is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a new contract with Rushmoor Borough Council for the provision of its fully integrated Estates and CAFM solution. This partnership marks an important step in the Council's plans to modernise its property management processes and adopt a more data-driven, efficient and transparent approach to managing its diverse estate.

Supporting a Dynamic Borough at the Heart of Hampshire

Rushmoor Borough Council is located in Hampshire and oversees a vibrant area spanning 15 square miles, encompassing the towns of Aldershot, Farnborough, Cove and North Camp. The Borough is known for its strong military heritage, thriving business community and ongoing regeneration efforts. Managing such a varied and strategically important property portfolio requires tools that support accuracy, consistency and collaborative working across multiple service areas.

The Council will implement the Concerto platform to manage all elements of its estate, including core property information, ownerships and occupations, facilities management processes, compliance monitoring and asset performance oversight. By consolidating this data into a single, cloud-based environment, the Council will gain clearer visibility of its entire portfolio, supporting more informed decision-making and enabling the delivery of more efficient services to the community.

A key component of this contract is the inclusion of a bi-directional integration between Concerto and the Council's finance system, Integra. This will enable seamless accounts payable and receivable processing, reduce manual administrative workload, improve financial accuracy and ensure that property and financial data remain perfectly aligned. The integration will help strengthen governance, streamline workflows and support long-term financial planning.

Concerto Business Development Director James Heysmond commented:
I am delighted that the Council has awarded a contract to Concerto. Like with all of our clients, we look forward to a long partnership where Concerto will assist the Council in transforming the way they manage their assets. We are excited to support Rushmoor as they modernise their estate operations and adopt a more insights-led approach to managing their property function.
