Rushmoor Borough Council is a local authority based in Hampshire, covering an area of 15 square miles, including the towns of Aldershot, Farnborough, Cove and North Camp. Concerto has been awarded a contract with the Council for the provision of its integrated Estates and CAFM Solution.

The Council will use the software to manage all aspects of their property portfolio including core property, ownerships and occupations and facilities management information and processes. The provision will also include a bi-directional integration for accounts payable and receivable with the Councils finance system, Integra. Concerto will help transform the way the Councils manages its property function by providing data-driven insights.

Concerto Business Development Director, James Heysmond, said, “I am delighted that the Council has awarded a contract to Concerto.
