Managing 42 SQAs across six domains with a variety of stakeholders and supporting evidence via a spreadsheet is difficult. Using a spreadsheet doesn't typically encourage task delegation and collaborative working. Spreadsheets frequently get locked, lost or deleted.

PAM should be about continuous improvement, not just completing a spreadsheet.
