Concerto is pleased to announce the award of a new contract with Mole Valley District Council through the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 11 framework. This significant win enables the Council to replace its existing system with the Concerto platform, supporting its goal of creating a more efficient, transparent and data-driven approach to managing its estate.

Supporting a Diverse and Characterful District in the Heart of Surrey

Mole Valley District Council is based in Dorking, Surrey, and governs a picturesque and diverse area spanning approximately 99.7 square miles. The District includes the historic market towns of Dorking and Leatherhead—the latter being situated along the scenic River Mole from which the District takes its name. In addition to its larger towns, Mole Valley encompasses several well-established villages such as Ashtead, Fetcham and Great Bookham, each with unique local identities and community needs.

The Council oversees a varied property portfolio that includes operational buildings, community facilities, heritage structures and investment assets. Managing this broad estate efficiently is essential to supporting local services, community initiatives and long-term development across the District.

Transforming Asset Management with a Fully Integrated IWMS/CAFM Solution

Under the new contract, Mole Valley District Council will adopt the Concerto platform to manage all aspects of its property operations, including planned and reactive maintenance, estates and asset management, project delivery and compliance oversight. By centralising data and standardising processes within one integrated system, the Council will be able to enhance efficiency, improve visibility of estate performance and enable more informed decision-making across departments.

Concerto Business Development Manager Justin Croston commented:
We are happy to be awarded a contract with the Council to provide the Concerto solution. Using Concerto and the expertise of the Bellrock Group will greatly help the Council transform the way they manage their assets. We look forward to supporting them on their journey toward a more modern and effective estate management approach.
