Building Better Learning Environments: New City College

Concerto is now working with New City College as part of a new three year partnership to support smarter, more efficient estate management across its sites. 

With a large and varied property portfolio spanning multiple campuses, the college needed a centralised solution to manage space, assets, maintenance and compliance. Concerto's IWMS will streamline operations, reduce complexity and give teams a single version of the truth enabling proactive management of buildings and infrastructure. 

By equipping estates teams with the tools to plan, monitor and optimise, New City College can ensure that every learning space is safe, compliant and aligned with the needs of students and staff.
