A Unified Approach to Estate Management: Lincolnshire County Council

Lincolnshire County Council has joined the Concerto community through a three year contract designed to bring greater clarity and control to its estate management. 

By moving to our IWMS, Lincolnshire will gain a single point of truth for property data, reducing complexity and enabling teams to make more confident, informed decisions. 

This partnership will provide the foundation for consistent service delivery and long-term asset optimisation.
