Concerto CAFM software shifts JPH maintenance approach from reactive to proactive

Jersey Property Holdings maintenance approach is now shifting from reactive to proactive, using Concerto to map and track flush frequency across all washrooms, whilst also managing legionella risk across the estate during lockdown.

States of Jersey have been a Concerto customer since 2015.  In March of 2018, the Department for Growth, Housing and Environment selected Concerto to manage maintenance work on critical infrastructure such as the sewage treatment works, the energy from waste plant and over 110 pumping stations.
