Concerto is proud to announce that it has secured a significant new contract with Cheshire East Council following a successful G-Cloud 11 competition. This new partnership strengthens Concerto's growing presence across UK local government and further reinforces its reputation as a trusted provider of advanced property, asset and facilities management technology.
Supporting One of the UK's Largest Unitary Authorities with a Comprehensive CAFM Platform
Based in the historic market town of Sandbach, Cheshire East Council is the third-largest Unitary Authority in the country, joining fellow Concerto clients Manchester City Council and Liverpool City Council. The authority oversees an extensive geographical area spanning approximately 450 square miles across the North West, reaching from Poynton in the north to Audlem in the south. Its largest town, Crewe, is home to around 71,000 residents, and the Council manages a broad and diverse portfolio of both operational and investment assets across this region.
The Council will deploy the full Concerto platform to oversee every aspect of its property and estates function. This includes planned and reactive maintenance, asset and compliance management, capital project delivery, and strategic estate planning. By adopting Concerto, Cheshire East will be able to centralise vital data, streamline workflows, improve reporting capabilities and operate with greater transparency and efficiency across its entire property estate.
Concerto Managing Director, Adam Smith, commented: “We're extremely pleased to have been selected to provide Cheshire East Council with the Concerto solution. Concerto is now a trusted solution to the three largest Unitary Councils in the United Kingdom; which I think reflects the quality of the Concerto product and service. We are looking forward to supporting the Council in modernising its estate management capabilities and enhancing long-term operational performance.”
