A steady rhythm of small improvements compounds into significant long-term value from your Concerto investment.
These terms apply specifically to PulsePoints and should be read alongside Bellrock's master services agreement, Helpdesk Support Charter, and any applicable order form.
PulsePoints subscriptions have a minimum term as stated in the relevant order form. Where a subscription commences part-way through a calendar quarter, that partial quarter is invoiced on a pro-rata basis. Following the minimum term, the subscription may be extended by mutual agreement. Early termination prior to the minimum term end is not permitted without Bellrock's written consent.
The subscription may not be terminated early except where expressly agreed in writing by both parties. Any such agreement will be set out in a separate written addendum to the order form.
The annual fee is invoiced in full at commencement and payable within 30 days. All fees are exclusive of VAT. Bellrock reserves the right to suspend delivery where payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
The annual point allocation is divided equally across four calendar quarters. Points are credited at the start of each quarter. Points are not cumulative — any unused points at the end of a quarter expire and cannot be carried forward, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit. Points have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Customers may bring forward up to 25% of the following quarter's allocation into the current quarter, subject to written CSM approval. This facility is available once per subscription year.
Customers must nominate one or more named Points Guardians — the sole authorised persons to raise requests on behalf of their organisation. Requests from non-guardians will not be accepted. Guardians may be added or changed by contacting your CSM in writing.
Each request must relate to a single clearly defined outcome. Minimum charge: 400 points. Maximum: 6,000 points (~two days). Requests beyond this are handled as separately scoped engagements.
Points are deducted upon acceptance of the agreed scope. This reflects the reservation of Bellrock resource to the agreed work; once accepted, points cannot be recredited.
If scope changes materially after acceptance, the original request must be voided and a new request raised. Points from the original request will not be recredited, nor transferred to the new request — they are consumed in full.
All requests require a minimum of 10 business days' notice. Bellrock will use reasonable endeavours to deliver within the agreed timeframe. Requests with insufficient notice may be scheduled in the following quarter.
Points do not have a fixed published monetary value. The number of points attributed to a request is determined by Bellrock at triage. During the minimum term, the subscription price and any agreed discount are fixed. Any tier upgrade during the minimum term will have the same agreed discount applied at the current day rate. Following the minimum term, pricing is at Bellrock's prevailing standard day rate at the time, with the agreed discount applied to that rate for the full remaining duration of the contract.
PulsePoints subscriptions and point balances are non-transferable. Points may not be used on behalf of any third party or affiliated organisation not named in the subscription agreement.
Tier upgrades are permitted at any time during the subscription term. Upgrades at the annual anniversary take effect from the start of the new contract year. Mid-term upgrades are charged on a pro-rata basis for the remainder of the year, with the quarterly point allocation updated accordingly. The customer's agreed discount is applied to the gross list price of the new tier, regardless of the standard published discount for that tier. All tier changes must be agreed in writing with your CSM.
Where a request involves processing of customer data, such processing is carried out in accordance with the data processing agreement under the customer's existing Bellrock software agreement.
Bellrock shall not be liable for any delay or failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemic, industrial action, or third-party system failures.
In the event of any conflict between these terms and Bellrock's master services agreement, these terms shall take precedence in relation to PulsePoints. These terms are subject to change at annual renewal. All prices excl. VAT.
Choose the package that fits your year, nominate your Points Guardians and start raising requests.
