Concerto is delighted to announce that they have been appointed to supply an integrated Property and Asset Management solution to Liverpool City Council via the GCloud 11 framework.

The Concerto solution will be used to house the Councils core property information, as well as lifecycle costs and managing planned and reactive maintenance. The data will be used to underpin the Councils asset management plan and its Medium Term Financial Strategy.

As Liverpool City Council is the hometown local authority of our Managing Director, Adam Smith, this new relationship is especially rewarding. Adam states – “I’m thrilled that Concerto has been selected to provide an integrated asset management solution to Liverpool City Council. Regionally, they join the likes of Manchester and Salford City, Halton, Wirral, and Knowsley Borough Councils in the Northwest. I am really looking forward to working with the team at Liverpool CC and supporting them with their property strategy”.

When asked about their experience with Concerto, Liverpool City Council shared the following wonderful feedback.

“After an impressive showcase of the Concerto software from a fellow Local Authority, Liverpool City Council made the decision to choose Concerto as their property management platform.

Even with the difficulty of Covid restrictions, the rollout of the software went extremely well with the technical staff at Concerto helping make the rollout as easy as possible. A special mention to Andrew Austerberry who has been absolutely fantastic!

Staff at Liverpool City Council are slowly working through the many useful modules within Concerto and all sing its praises as to how good it is. We are so happy with it in fact, that we have now purchased the Estates module which will be rolled out in the coming months.”
