Happy new year (I think I can just about get away with still saying this).
A couple of week's ago I stood on stage at the Leadership Conference, and as well as admitting to being in Hollyoaks (good luck finding the evidence on YouTube...), I also promised regular communications about Bellrock's technology products. So, welcome to our first Bellrock Technologies product newsletter: #Spotlight.
I'm excited to share all the new features the team have worked so hard on creating for our customers; but also our product roadmap that drives innovation and helps us become the market disrupter.
I welcome feedback and thoughts on how we can improve communications further throughout the year, but hope this is a step in the right direction.

Mobiess Mobile Application

✅ Migrating from Xamarin to Microsoft MAUI (Multi-platform App UI)
✅ Synch Engine, Logon, SSO, and Provisioning are all complete
✅ Mobiess Insight is the first application to be migrated and will be available for review in approximately six weeks
✅ Inbuilt camera control with no dependency on OS of the phone (So Bellrock Phones will now work properly 😊)

Carbon Architecture
InMetriks
🎯Goal: Enhancing InMetriks’ capabilities for energy optimisation and smart maintenance!
✨ What’s new?
✅ Four months into internal procurement process analysing Building Optimisation technologies
✅ Includes advanced visualisations, read/write capabilities, and potential IoT integration
✅ Aims to support a broader customer base in energy optimisation
🎯 Completion: In Progress
✅ Additionally, we are in the process of designing a report that integrates indoor air quality data with energy metrics for our customer, Legal & General, as part of a specific project. A more comprehensive update will be available in February.

💼 Tenant Portal Enhancements – Tenants will be able to upload their own PPM certificates for assets they maintain.
⚠️ Risk Module – Full risk assessment versioning, pushed in real-time to mobile apps.
🛠️ SFG20 Integration – Looking at how to integrate Concerto with SFG20 Facilities IQ – a BIG challenge but worth it!
