NHS England Selects Concerto to Enhance National Asset and Estates Management

Concerto is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a significant contract with NHS England to provide its market-leading asset and estates management solution through the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 12 framework. This award reflects NHS England’s continued drive to improve the accuracy, transparency and efficiency of its estate information, while strengthening the foundations needed for long-term planning across one of the largest and most complex public sector property portfolios in the United Kingdom.

Supporting National Operations with a Unified and Data-Driven Estates Platform

Under this new agreement, NHS England will utilise the Concerto solution to manage core property data, lease information, asset performance and key documentation across its national estate. These capabilities will support a more integrated, consistent and reliable view of its property holdings, enabling better oversight, informed decision-making and enhanced governance at both regional and national levels.

The introduction of Concerto will also support NHS England in standardising processes, improving data quality and strengthening the alignment between individual estate teams and central functions. With an estate that spans clinical sites, administrative buildings, specialist facilities and leased accommodation, the ability to manage information in a unified, cloud-based environment will be integral to improving operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
