The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew have selected Concerto to provide an integrated CAFM software solution. The organisation which is an internationally important botanical research and education institution manages botanic gardens at Kew in Richmond upon Thames in southwest London, and Wakehurst Place in Sussex. The organisation had over 2 million visitors across both sites in 2018, Concerto has been selected to assist the organisation in managing planned and reactive maintenance information and processes across the World Heritage Site.
The contract was awarded to Concerto via a mini competition via the Crown Commercial Services, Gcloud 10 framework.
Concerto’s Managing Director, Kevan Davey, said “We are thrilled to be awarded a contract with Kew for the supply of our CAFM solution. The solution will help maintenance and property teams support over 40 historically important buildings across the estate which are paramount to our Country’s heritage and international botanical research and education. We warmly welcome aboard Kew, who join nearby London Borough’s of Richmond and Wandsworth and the Royal Boroughs of Kensington and Chelsea who have adopted our service provisions”.
