Concerto, the unique, mobile-enabled property, project and CAFM software, part of Bellrock has been awarded a new contract with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. The Council was established as one of the 11 new councils introduced under the Local Government Reform Programme in 2015. Responsible for 17 separate service areas, the Council has highlighted the need to develop a digital strategy as part of its corporate plan to improve communication.

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council selected Concerto for the supply of a property and asset management system using the G-Cloud 10 Framework. This latest framework for government cloud technology and support services procurement enables greater flexibility for contract extensions than previous versions. The Council will use the software to manage all aspects of their property portfolio from planned and reactive maintenance to estates and project management.

Concerto Managing Director Kevan Davey said, “We are delighted to be working with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. Together with the Department of Finance Northern Ireland and Belfast City Council, this latest contract extends our portfolio of customers in Northern Ireland.”
