The Concerto Service Desk software is a fully web based service desk solution which can be accessed anywhere at any time. It allows companies to successfully manage all reactive business operations within a single, easy to configure and access environment and incorporates a self-service portal which allows users to raise jobs via the web, email or mobile. Concerto Service Desk is a system which allows for efficient use of resources and time, and therefore can offer significant financial savings. This solution requires little or no training and offers customer definable workflows for resolution and to meet your unique business processes. It is currently used for many different types of cases within one centralised desk, for example IT cases, Business Support, FOI and Legal and estates and is currently supporting some of the largest brands in the world, such as BMW, Audi and Porsche.
Concerto is a very powerful modern tool. It is intuitive and requires minimal training. This has helped to keeps costs down when rolling out the system across our large organisation. The possibilities of use across our business are endless. Concerto adds value to our data in a time when centralising information is vital and cost is continually considered. I found Concerto support essential in setting up the system. Their support was always on hand, and their response to my queries were instant. My Project Manager showed a real interest in wanting us to succeed and advised me every step of the way. Concerto is an excellent product, I really like that it gives me complete control over my data and includes rich functionality in terms of reporting and also the management of the system. I was not personally involved in the initial implementation of Concerto, however, I later worked with Concerto to implement the ‘Deeds and Leasing’ module. We had large volumes of complex data that we needed to be transferred from an old system. Concerto worked with me directly and were able to set up the correct fields so they matched exactly and we were able to transfer the data across, as if Concerto had been completely tailored to my requirements. The ongoing support from Concerto has been brilliant. I’ve never felt that I’ve had to wait too long to get a query or issue dealt with. We find Concerto a very useful and intuitive tool for managing client data. Concerto took us through the whole implementation process transferring and migrating data from our old system.
