On August 29th 2016 Concerto Support Services Limited became part of the Bellrock Group. Bellrock is one of the UKs leading Facilities Management (FM) and Property Management (PM) businesses. Established in 2000 (as SGP) and backed by Lyceum Capital since 2013 their vision is to continue to provide their clients with market leading, technology driven, FM and Property Management services.
Bellrock has sought to differentiate from their competitors by offering a technology driven range of FM and PM services. Increasing market interest and client demand led to the need for a genuinely integrated suite of software solutions that clients could use across their estate.
Concerto have developed their offering to provide the exact fit for this requirement and the potential for clients and prospects of each business to access a broader range of services.
Concerto Support services will continue to trade in its own name and use its existing office in Frodsham.
Concerto Scottish Networking Day
Our Scottish networking day yesterday marked the end of our User Group meetings for 2016.
Everyone enjoyed a relaxed but productive day at the Golden Lion Hotel in Stirling, spent looking at current and future developments in the Concerto solution along with sharing experiences and valuable ideas for future projects and developments.
My assessment of our networking day is that Concerto via on-line software have
demonstrated improved module functionality and software performance for Asset, Estates
Maintenance and Project Management software modules that are efficient, lean and flexible

We are looking forward to another round of Networking days in 2017.
The Concerto User Group Networking events took in London and Manchester last week. The response to the events was fantastic with some excellent feedback from our clients.
These events have provided users with the opportunity to discuss new projects, features and recent updates and receive a step through the latest release notes and advanced setting in the system.
In collaboration with some clients, we also presented informative case studies based on recent projects. This allowed our users to share insight into how the Concerto system in being used in other organisations.
The day was finished off with a discussion about future plans for the system with the chance for us to listen to our client’s ideas and feedback. This valuable input is always considered and incorporated into the future development of the software.
We are looking forward to our final 2016 national networking event in Stirling, Scotland on Tuesday!
Concerto Plans Networking Events
Concerto will be pleased to host 3 client networking events across the country in March 2016. The events, taking place in London, Manchester and Scotland, will provide clients the opportunity to to share ideas and experiences and for us to discuss latest releases and future plans. We are looking forward to welcoming all our clients to what will be an informal and productive day.
July 2nd – 3rd 2016
In July 2016, the Concerto team of fundraisers will be taking on a coast to coast cycle to raise money for chosen charity Cancer Research.
The 100 mile Hadrian’s Wall challenge will begin on the West Coast in Bowness-on-Solway, an Area of Outstanding Beauty on the Solway Firth. The route then heads through the heart of Hadrian’s Wall Country and finally reaches Tynemouth on the East Coast.
