Concerto first launched the Concerto software suite in 2004. It was originally developed to support transformation projects within the UK Local Government, specifically to support Government collaborative strategy in managing estates and large-scale capital projects.

Concerto supports its clients from getting started and training right through to the everyday use of our software. Our dedicated in-house help desk team are available to answer any questions and provide future support for the life of our software. Through in house training, our support help desk and our video training library we support you in a way that supports your needs and schedule.
Your Concerto Project Manager will take you through the entire implementation process ensuring your key data is correctly migrated from old systems ensuring a successful implementation. Often a large volume of complex data is involved so we are able to tailor fields to your requirements. We are always on hand to answer your queries advising you every step of the way.
